From June 27th to 28th, 2024, in order to further deepen the service role and meet the needs of members, the Ship and Marine Equipment Design and Selection VR Daquan Promotion Association (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion Association) organized a two-day research activity to enter Jiangxi’s leading ship enterprises. The activities were carried out in Jiangxi Xinjiang Shipbuilding Industry Co., Ltd., Jiangxi Jiangxin Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., and Liangming Maritime (Jiangxi) Lighting Co., Ltd. Participating in the event were Xun Zhenglai, President of the Promotion Association/Chief Engineer of Tianhai Defense, Chen Xunwei, Deputy Secretary-General/General Manager of Seaworkers, Shao Feng, General Manager of Shanghai Yiying Automation Technology Co., Ltd., Xing Yechuan, Key Account Director of Zhejiang Yutong New Materials Co., Ltd., Su Qun, Sales Director of Qingdao Zhenhai Marine Equipment Co., Ltd., and Tu Honghao, Deputy General Manager of Liangming Maritime (Jiangxi) Lighting Co., Ltd. The event aims to strengthen exchanges and cooperation among member units and jointly promote the high-quality development of the shipbuilding industry.
Jiangxi Xinjiang Shipbuilding Industry Co., Ltd.
The first stop was on the morning of June 27, President Xun Zhenglai and his entourage visited Jiangxi Xinjiang Shipbuilding Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Xinjiangzhou Shipbuilding Heavy Industry), and in the afternoon, they transferred to Jiangxi Jiangxin Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Jiangxin Shipbuilding). Zhu Bo, Deputy General Manager of Xinjiang Shipbuilding Industry Co., Ltd., Rui Xiaosong, Chief Engineer, Huang Fangwu, Assistant General Manager, Pei Liqiu, Assistant General Manager, Zhu Zhihui, Deputy Director of the Marketing and Operation Department, and Liu Daoyan, General Manager of Jiangxin Shipbuilding, Luo Hui, Director of the Purchasing Department, Guo Zhongxing, Manager of the Marketing Department, and Chen Shengguang Technology Center, warmly welcomed President Xun Zhenglai and his delegation.

During the reception, President Xun Zhenglai and his entourage visited the production workshop, dock, wharf and enterprise exhibition hall of the shipyard, and had an in-depth understanding of the development status and historical performance of the enterprise. We had in-depth exchanges with the leaders of the general manager’s office, business department, technology department and procurement department of each company, understood the current problems and challenges faced by the company, and discussed topics such as technological innovation and application, international market and new ship type development. He also introduced the original intention of the establishment of the Promotion Association, the purpose of service and the existing member units, and said that under the advantages of member linkage and resource integration, the Promotion Association will provide more cost-effective services for shipyard equipment procurement, achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement, and promote the development of enterprises and the improvement of innovation capabilities. The guests were full of confidence in the future of the promotion association and looked forward to more in-depth cooperation in the future.
Liangming Marine (Jiangxi) Lighting Co., Ltd.
The second day’s activities were arranged in Liangming Maritime (Jiangxi) Lighting Co., Ltd., General Manager Tu Xueqing and his team warmly received President Xun Zhenglai and his delegation, and discussed in detail how to improve the safety and energy efficiency of ships through advanced lighting technology, as well as innovative practices in environmental protection and energy conservation. These exchanges are not only technical sharing, but also a bridge for industry cooperation and innovation.
Through these in-depth discussions and exchange activities, the VR Promotion Association of Marine Equipment Design and Selection will continue to expand its influence and role in the ship industry. As a platform, the promotion association is committed to promoting the common progress of member units in technological innovation, market expansion and quality improvement. Members also said that through such activities, they have a deeper understanding of the prospects and development trends of the industry, and enhance their confidence and motivation for cooperation.
In this research activity, the member units actively shared their achievements in technology research and development and application, and also conducted in-depth discussions on the future development direction of the industry.
