On August 31, the launching ceremony of the 140-meter-class piling ship “Yihangjin Pile 1” built by Zhenhua Heavy Industry was held in Qidong Offshore Engineering.

“Yihangjin Pile 1” is currently the world’s largest piling ship, and it is another weapon for CCCG to improve the core competitiveness of offshore wind power pile foundation construction. The ship is 124 meters long, 39 meters wide, 8 meters deep, 142 meters high, can drive a maximum pile length of 118 meters + water depth, a weight of 700 tons, a diameter of 6 meters of pile foundation, to adapt to the construction requirements of the harsh sea conditions in the open sea, for offshore wind power high pile cap pile, jacket pile and large beam pile foundation construction, in the unlimited navigation area sealed towing.

“Yihangjin Pile 1” adopts the advanced intelligent ship and digital ship design concept, and realizes the intelligent construction and digital construction of the ship through the specially developed construction management and control system. There are 4 operating diesel generators in the generator room, and 2 main diesel generator sets are used as auxiliary equipment and daily operation power supply for the whole ship, and the hydraulic system is more energy-saving. After completion, it will become the world’s highest piling frame height, the largest piling capacity, and the strongest wind and wave resistance of the special piling engineering ship.
